Shipping rates

We ship Australia-wide using trusted couriers. Our standard rates are:

• Orders under $100: $15 flat rate

• Orders $100 - $199: $10 flat rate

• Orders $200 and over: FREE

Delivery times

We dispatch orders within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times from dispatch:

• Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth): 2-4 business days

• Regional areas: 3-7 business days

• Remote areas: 5-10 business days

Please note these are estimates only. Actual delivery times depend on courier schedules and your location. We are not responsible for courier delays beyond our control.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email. You can use this to follow your shipment's progress directly with the courier.

Where we ship from

Orders are shipped directly from our distribution partner's Australian warehouses. This means faster delivery, lower costs, and authentic stock. You'll receive a single dispatch notification with tracking when your order leaves the warehouse.

International shipping

We currently only ship within Australia. If you need international delivery, please contact us before ordering and we'll see what we can arrange.

Failed deliveries

If you're not home when your order arrives, the courier will follow their standard process - typically leaving a calling card and attempting redelivery, or holding the parcel at a local depot. Re-delivery fees passed on to us by the courier may be charged to you.

Damaged or missing items

Inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged or missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve it quickly.
